Natalia is specializing in M&A / Corporate law. She worked in White & Case's Moscow office for several years, and took part in multiple cross-border M&A deals, as well as providing competition advice and sanctions compliance checks.

Natalia studied Law in Moscow and Helsinki universities. Recently, Natalia graduated from UC Berkeley, School of Law, with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and a specialization in Business Law. At Berkeley, Natalia was named on the Dean’s List and the Best Legal Memo Award. She is not admitted to practice law in California.

At Lawlace, Natalia provides support for M&A and VC deal structuring and corporate / asset restructuring. In her leisure time, Natalia enjoys biking, exploring art museums, and watching classic movies. Her favorite film movement is the French New Wave.
