Natalia is specializing in M&A / Corporate law. She worked in White & Case's Moscow office for several years, and took part in multiple cross-border M&A deals, as well as providing competition advice and sanctions compliance checks.

Natalia studied Law in Moscow and Helsinki universities. Recently, Natalia graduated from UC Berkeley, School of Law, with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and a specialization in Business Law. At Berkeley, Natalia was named on the Dean’s List and the Best Legal Memo Award.

At Lawlace, Natalia provides support for M&A and VC deal structuring and corporate / asset restructuring. In her leisure time, Natalia enjoys biking, exploring art museums, and watching classic movies. Her favorite film movement is the French New Wave.
